Facilities

Situated in Calle Rabat, the apartment overlooks the luscious gardens and swimming pool – with views of the mountains to the rear of the terrace. There are three communal swimming pools, which are only open to residents and guests. There is a restaurant which serves lunch and dinner and has a pool side bar which is open in the summer months.

The apartment is fully furnished in a contemporary style and has two bedrooms – one twin and one double. The bathroom has a bath and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The lounge has seating for 4 people,

satellite TV, Radio/CD Player and working open fire for the winter evenings. From the lounge you enter the dining area which has seating for 6.

The large sun terrace can be accessed from the dining area and the master bedroom and from here you have excellent views of the mountains, sea and gardens. There are sun loungers, and table and chairs.

There is parking next to the apartment; there is a short flight of steps up to the apartment. Sorry – no pets.

All linen except beach towels is provided and there is a maid service once a week, the weekly rates also includes electricity.

Lets are from Saturday to Saturday in peak months – mid week can be available at other times – please check. Long term winter lets available
